Red River is built on the theme of evolution, portraying three significant phases: before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. It tells the story of emotional hardship, loss, and resilience reflecting the challenges artists faced when separated from the profession they love.

The CALL encourages women living in rural areas who dream of becoming artists, drummers, and performers to step forward and showcase their strength and potential, because they have the same rights and opportunities to become artists.
